DE VERTROUWENSCONTACTPERSOON
Bij RUS vinden we het belangrijk dat iedereen zich op zijn gemak en veilig voelt. Het bestuur van RUS neemt incidenten die gepaard gaan met fysiek of verbaal
geweld, pestgedrag of seksuele intimidatie uiterst serieus. Binnen de vereniging
zijn er Vertrouwens Contact Personen (VCP’s). Zij zijn aanspreekbaar voor leden,
trainers, gasten en supporters. De taak van de VCP is niet het oplossen van de klacht, maar zorgen voor opvang, ondersteuning en begeleiding. Mocht het nodig zijn, dan kan de VCP doorverwijzen naar hulpverleners, politie en/of de vertrouwenspersoon van het NOC*NSF. De VCP heeft geen geheimhoudingsplicht, dit komt omdat er een melding gemaakt moet worden bij het bestuur. Dit kan wel anoniem en gaat altijd in overleg. De VCP’s zijn te bereiken via vcp.intern.rus@gmail.com. Uiteraard kan je ook altijd de VCP’s aanspreken.
Momenteel zijn er twee VCP’s: Avelyn Beekink (actief-lid) en Fleur van de Loop (actief lid)
Gelieve NIET de VCP’s te bellen voor algemene RUS zaken. Als je een vraag hebt over RUS of graag het bestuur wilt bereiken kan dit via secretaris@dames-rugby.nl.

At RUS, we believe it is important for everyone to feel comfortable and safe.
The RUS board takes incidents involving physical or verbal violence, bullying behavior or sexual harassment extremely seriously. Within the association there are Confidential Contact Persons (VCPs). They can be contacted by members, trainers, guests and supporters. The task of the VCP is not to solve the complaint, but to provide care, support and guidance. reception, support and guidance. If necessary, the VCP can refer to social workers, police and/or the confidential advisor of the NOC*NSF. The VCP has no duty of confidentiality, this is because a must be reported to the board. This can be done anonymously and is always in consultation. The VCP’s can be reached at vcp.intern.rus@gmail.com. Of course, you can always contact the VCP’s.
