Commissie functionarissen avond // Commission function evening

Deze avond organiseert het bestuur voor alle commissie functionarissen; de penningmeesters, secretarissen, en voorzitters van alle RUS commissies. De avond begint met een momentje om wat algemene richtlijnen door te spreken en om nog goeie tips en tricks voor je functies te ontvangen. Voor nieuwe functionarissen dus een handig moment om wat kennis op te doen voor ze hun jaar als commissie functionaris induiken, en voor oude functionarissen een goed moment om kennis en informatie uit te wisselen. Daarna organiseert het bestuur een grote werkavond, waarbij je niet alleen je eigen taakjes kan doen, maar direct met andere commissies kan sparren.

Precieze tijden volgen nog, maar de meeting zal in ieder geval s’avonds zijn. Zet het dus vast in je agenda, en be there or be square

This evening is organized by the board for all committee officers; the treasurers, secretaries, and chairs of all RUS committees. The evening starts with a moment to discuss some general guidelines and to receive some tips and tricks for your positions. So for new officers this is a good time to gain some knowledge before their year as a committee officer, and for old officers a good time to exchange knowledge and information. After that, the board will organize a big work night, where you can not only do your own little tasks, but spar directly with other committees.

Exact times will follow, but the meeting will be in the evening. So mark it in your agenda and be there or be square.
