Puppy Match @ Utrechts Studenten Rugby Toernooi

Lieve RUSjes,
Nu het weer langzaam wat beter wordt, is het eindelijk zo ver; de puppycompetitie gaat van start. Achter de schermen ben ik druk bezig geweest om de wedstrijden op gunstige momenten te plannen; veelal wedstrijdvrije weekenden. Dit is gelukt!
De planning van de wedstrijden is bijgevoegd als plaatje wat je ook kunt terugvinden in de puppygroep (als je daarin zit). Zorg ervoor dat je deze data goed noteert en vrij houdt! Je kunt je per wedstrijd inschrijven in dit Excelbestand. Dit doe je door je naam op te schrijven in de juiste kolom en onder de juiste positie.
Let op:
- Je kunt je aan- en afmelden tot één week voor de wedstrijden. Daarna kan dit alleen nog maar in overleg met Nienke of de coach van de desbetreffende wedstrijd.
- RUS 2 spelers mogen zich ook gewoon aanmelden. Per wedstrijd kijken we even waar behoefte aan is. Pups hebben sowieso voorrang.
- De wedstrijden zijn in principe 2×40 minuten. Mochten we niet genoeg mensen hebben, spelen we misschien korter of moeten we husselen qua teams.
- We gaan met de trein naar de wedstrijden toe, wat de wedstrijdkosten aanzienlijk drukt. De biertjes voor de WOTM worden wel gefactureerd op spelende leden onder wedstrijdkosten.

Dear RUSjes,
With the weather slowly improving, the time has finally come; puppy competition is about to start. Behind the scenes I have been busy trying to schedule the competitions at convenient times; mostly competition-free weekends. This has been successful!
The schedule of the competitions is attached as a picture which you can also find in the puppy group (if you are in it). Make sure you write down these dates and keep them free! You can register for each competition in this Excel file. You do this by writing your name in the correct column and under the correct position.
Note:
- You can sign in and out until one week before the matches. After that this can only be done in consultation with Nienke or the coach of the match in question.
- RUS 2 players can also just sign up. We will see what is needed per match. Pups have priority anyway.
- The matches are basically 2×40 minutes. If we do not have enough people, we might play shorter matches or we might have to swap teams.
- We will take the train to the matches, which will reduce the match costs considerably. The beers for the WOTM will be billed to playing members under match costs.
